Does your baby need a nap? Make a decision after careful comparison
Starting from about 2 years old, children have the distinction of taking a nap at noon and not taking a nap. The active children are so busy playing that they are so happy that they don’t even want to take a nap. Should we force such a child to take a nap? Do we need to compare whether the child's play is interrupted by letting him take a nap? Will the child stay up late at night and not like to sleep? Then make a decision.
Taking a nap in the summer can relieve fatigue, and I am afraid that even the children themselves will ask for a nap. Sleep at night varies between winter and summer, but generally you start going to bed at 8:30 to 9:00 pm and get up at 7:00 am the next morning.
Among them, some children don’t sleep until 10 o’clock at night. Such a child can play for a while with his father who comes back from get off work in the evening, so he can sleep until 9 o'clock in the morning.
In this case, staying up late itself is not harmful to the child if it does not hinder the parents. When the child falls asleep, dim the lights.
