Materials:

4 shiitake mushrooms

2 green beans

1 slice of tofu

A small amount of oil

practice:

1. Soak the mushrooms in advance.


2. Cut the green beans into thin slices.

Tips:

• Shiitake mushrooms are not easy to chew. If your baby has poor chewing power, you can puree the mushrooms before cooking.
